Time for Us: Activities to Get Adults and Children Talking about their Feelings

Time for Us: Activities to Get Adults and Children Talking about their Feelings“Time for Us: Activities to Get Adults and Children Talking about their Feelings” is a resource designed for those caring for children and young people, providing practical activities to facilitate conversations about emotions and mental wellbeing. These activities are designed to initiate difficult conversations, helping both adults and children understand each other’s feelings, coping mechanisms, and ways to support one another in managing stress.

Originally derived from the StressLESS pack created by the Families Children and Young People team in Scotland, these activities are suitable for young people aged 11-17 but can be adapted for younger children. The pack aims to maintain mental wellbeing and strengthen relationships.
